How does your mobile service work?
It couldn’t be simpler. You give us a call or drop us a message, and we arrange a convenient time to visit your home. Paul brings a selection of carpet and flooring samples so you can browse them against your own walls, furniture and daylight. Once you’ve chosen, we measure up, provide a clear quote and book in the fitting — all without you leaving the house.
Do you charge for a home visit or quote?
No. Home visits and quotes are completely free and come with no obligation whatsoever. You’re under no pressure to go ahead — Paul’s job is to give you honest advice, not a hard sell.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Derby and all the surrounding areas, including Allestree, Mickleover, Littleover, Chaddesden, Spondon, Oakwood, Alvaston, Chellaston, Belper, Duffield, Borrowash, Long Eaton and beyond. If you’re not sure whether we reach you, just ask.
What flooring do you supply?
We supply and fit carpets, laminate flooring and vinyl flooring (including luxury vinyl tiles) for homes. Whatever the room and whatever your budget, we’ll help you find the right fit.
Do you fit the flooring yourselves?
Yes — always. Every job, from the first measure to the final fit, is completed by Paul and his own trusted team. We never subcontract, so you get the same familiar faces and the same high standard every time.
Will you move furniture and take away my old flooring?
Yes. We’ll help move furniture where needed and can uplift and dispose of your old carpet or flooring, leaving your rooms clean, tidy and ready to enjoy.
How much does new flooring cost?
It depends on the room size, the product you choose and any preparation needed — which is exactly why we visit and measure in person. You’ll receive a clear, honest quote with no hidden extras before any work begins.
Do you really beat other quotes?
We do. We’ll beat any genuine like-for-like quote. If you’ve been quoted elsewhere for the same product and fitting, let us know and we’ll do our best to save you money.
How soon can you fit my new flooring?
That depends on the product and our current diary, but we always aim to work around you and get your new flooring fitted as quickly as is practical. Paul will give you a realistic timescale when he quotes.
